Will I need more specialized knowledge to begin applying the summit lessons in my facility?
NO. If you don't have an previous training on diversity, equity's and inclusion, the all access pass and bonus content will help you build a plan. And if you're already working to implement more equitable practices, the all access pass content will help you truly achieve an equitable space with keys from the best in the world.

EVERY ORGANIZATION. There's not a single organization in the world that doesn't benefit from better inclusion and equity practices. Of course, some organizations are better than others. But the important thing to know is equity & access education is revolutionizing aquatics.
Who was in mind when this content was designed ?
Aquatics Today caters to the aquatics community at large. But we focus on a few distinct groups:

These lessons come from the collective global experiences of equity champions, and can be applied in rural or urban areas . It meets you where you are.
What happens after I join?
You're in! You'll be the first to access the training as soon as it's released. Because this is a new summit, expect a small delay between each new lesson. To give you an idea of the coursework, The Aquatics Accelerator Program (a previously launched test group) had eight videos when it was first released. It now has over 20 hours of training and a specialized one-on-one intensive with Jamal Hill.
How much time will this take me?
4 MONTHS. That's how long we expect it will take you to implement the strategies. How much time you actually spend on the material is your decision. I recommend a minimum of 20 minutes a day. The videos will be as quick and to the point as possible. If you're short on time, you can skip ahead to the training you're most interested in.
Does this only work for fully operational facilities?
